Return Process

    Please examine your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all jars and condiments are in perfect condition and match your order details.

    If there is an issue with your shipment, email our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

    Verification Process

    Our quality assurance team will review your claim and photos to determine if a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method is appropriate.

    Receive Replacement

    Once approved, we will ship out your fresh Duke's products at no additional cost to you, or process your refund within 3-5 business days.
